As you all know the current situation in the world facing the COVID-19 or commonly known as the Coronavirus, where all countries are doing their best to prevent the spread of this virus, we are following the guidelines provided by the WHO and local government bodies to help prevent the spread of this disease and to ensure our families and friends are safe and healthy. We at CrownCloud have taken several steps and measures to safeguard our team as per the guidelines issued by our local government, to begin with for the coming weeks our team will be working from home.
There is no change in the support timings and/or support provided, We will continue to provide 24/7 support to all our customers as per usual. We have tools in place to ensure smooth and efficient staff communication as we had this in-place earlier as well, we expect no disruption to support related matters and/or inter-team communication.
We are also working closely with our Datacenter partners to understand the situation at their end, as each part of the world faces a different challenge at this time with COVID-19, all on-site datacenter tasks such as remote hands will be handled efficiently as our datacenter partners will continue to have staff on-site in rotations/shifts.
