We’re glad to announce that we’ve successfully connected over to the Florida Internet Exchange (FL-IX) in Miami. This upgrade now provides end users with improved network connectivity and significantly better routing paths than before for the various ISPs that we now peer with via FL-IX.
This network upgrade is live and free for all our customers in Miami. No action is required from your end.
We’re always open to feedback — if you notice any network route that looks worse than before, or one that could be improved, please send us a ticket and we’ll do our best to make things better.
